PROFESSIONAL HORSE SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY
In some circumstances with multiple rings it is not possible to cover every class.

Horse Show Sign Up Form
**You Must Sign Up at least 24 hours before you show** Use this form to be sure you will be photographed. We do not guarantee to cover every round and class you show in. The fee is $175.00 for one horse and allows you to view and purchase online, photos will be uploaded to an online gallery after the show. You can choose to sign up multiple horses at one time and receive the discounted rate of $125.00 per horse. An invoice will be sent upon completion of this form. The amount you pay will be used as a credit towards your order. There is no refund if you scratch or do not make it around your course.
